Warranties are available for a period of 12-36 months, so you can also choose to extend it at a very competitive price. Please get in touch for more information.
* Warranty is valid on cars up to 10 years old. Subject to terms and conditions, which are available on request.
What is covered under your Warranty?
When you consider that your car has more than 10,000 parts, dozens of sensors and more computing power than the Apollo moon capsule, you can understand that it can sometimes go wrong. Does the warranty cover Taxis and Private Hire vehicles?
Unlike most warranty companies we’re pleased to offer the same warranty to all our customers including Private hire.
Do I have to pay an excess if I use the Warranty?
There is no excess to pay on claims.
Does the Warranty cover both parts and labour?
We pay for both parts and labour.
Where can I take my vehicle to be repaired?
We always want to provide the best possible service so we welcome any cars back to us for warranty issues, but you can also have your car repaired by your local garage. We’re always happy to source the nearest garage to your home address that will offer a labour charge of £60 or less.
Is there a limit on Warranty claims?
Our warranty limits vary but typically they are £2000 or £4000.
How do I make a Warranty claim?
Claims can be made directly with the warranty company by your garage. All you need is a diagnosis of the issue, we’re always on hand to simplify the process
