Tareq is one of the founders of Draytons and has been working full time in the motor trade since 1997. Prior to that he started out by selling a few cars to help pay his way through university. Tareq is hugely passionate about what we do and giving our customers the best possible buying experience. Away from the office he enjoys the great outdoors, walking, cycling and good food (who doesn’t). His other passion is motorbikes, he’s usually just about to set off on a trip or busy working out where the next adventure will be. Tareq’s favourite car is the Audi S8.

Jamie has over 20 years of sales, management and customer service experience and has been a part of the Draytons team since 2017. A real team player, he strives to GO THE EXTRA MILE with all our customers to make sure they have the best possible experience when buying their car and he loves to hear your feedback. Jamie really enjoys spending time with his family and holidaying together whenever they can. Yet another pet lover in the team, we’re sure he’d love to tell you all about his pet cat Ellie! His favourite car is the Porsche Panamera.
Sarah has been with us since the start, working part-time on our marketing and communications. She has also been known to sell the odd car or two when extra support is needed. Sarah has over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, so she likes to bring new and fresh ideas to how we work. In her spare time, Sarah loves being with her adorable Cocker Spaniel Bailey, doing yoga, walking in nature, art, music, travelling, and generally just enjoying life to the max. Her favourite expression is “Be in the moment”.
Alex has been at Draytons since 2020 after moving from Yorkshire and this is his first experience in the car industry. His natural talent is singing, so he can’t be easily quietened, especially when it comes to 80’s rock (you may hear Planet Rock on most of the car radios!). Alex has always had a passion for cars and in his spare time can be found searching the internet for cars he usually can’t afford, such as TVR’s, Lotus’, Porsche’s and Mini’s. If he isn’t doing this, he loves watching box sets or playing video games (he’s still a child at heart). Alex’s favourite car of all time is the classic Mini Cooper.
Joe joined us in April 2022 after an exciting travel adventure. Before that he worked at main dealerships and car supermarkets, so he brings a wealth of open-mindedness and experience and revels in learning more each day. Joe enjoys the responsibility and autonomy to make his own decisions, and our focus on putting the customer first (rather than just chasing KPI’s) is making a big difference to his workday. Outside of work Joe enjoys quality time with his partner and cat, is an avid reader plus a big football fan. His favourite car is the sensational BMW M3 E30 from the 1980s.
